Veterans, Military, Guard, Reserve, and their Spouses are invited to this full-day workshop. Beginning farmers (10 or fewer years) and those who have been farming or operating an agribusiness longer will have the opportunity to learn from and interact with staff from USDA (NRCS, FSA, Rural Development). In addition, attendees will hone business skills such as marketing, risk management, and business planning. Time will be alloted to connect with others in the veteran farming community to forge partnerships and share lessons learned.
