Business Planning for Veteran Agribusinesses

Your farm or agribusiness business plan should be a living document that allows you to adapt to market conditions, consumer trends, and a competitive environment.  If you're applying for funding or grants, a business plan is a pre-requisite. 

Whether you've been farming for one year or 10, you'll want to join Army veteran Chad Butters, MBA, and the PA Veteran Farming network for this hands-on workshop.   

The goal is to help veterans craft  strong and realistic business plans that will  increase the likelihood of success of their operations.  Participants may opt for follow-on, individual coaching upon completing the workshop.

The instructor is Founder and CEO of Eight Oaks Farm Distillery in Lehigh County, PA. Butters brings practical experience leading a successful agribusiness, 20+ years of management and business administration acumen, and an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entreprenurial studies, to this learning opportunity.
